Philip Gorrivan was one of nine designers asked
by the Iconic Ocean House Resort in Watch Hill, RI to design some of its apartments. Gorrivan's space is particularly intriguing ,as it has a private terrace and pavilion.. The architecture as you might suspect is also especially beautiful. He chose to away from the stuffiness of the Victorian style and opted, and was encouraged to design a more modern space that depicts seaside glamour. I think he nailed it.
The room divider simulates waves.
Love the surfboards against the grass cloth.
Barnacled bottles !
The light fixture is made from fishing netting.
