Sea Shell Chic

You have all seen the Kohler commercial. A home owner presents the designer with just a faucet and  says " design a house around this". This is the challenge designer Kathleen Franza of KMH Design was  presented with by a home owner of Ponte Vedre Florida. The difference is, she was presented with a cardboard box filled with  about 10 sea shells and wanted to design the entire beach  house around the  color of the shells. The colors were to reflect what was found looking out into her backyard.  A color palette of creme, grey and white.  The finished product is  a chic and comfortable. Simple and inviting. A beautiful beach home..

Refurbished plank floors came from Savannah , GA

Simple and  uncluttered with a great nautical mirror over the fireplace.

                                                             Light, bright and airy!

Love the Grey and Red .

Awesome house! I love the covered veranda and the infinity pool ... and of course, the gorgeous ocean the best. I'd personally like to see more color in the house. Beautiful none the less. Thanks for posting :)
