A Cottage in East Hampton

Designer Tom Scheerer continues to remain on America's top 100 designer's list for a few reasons. This Architect/ Designer  uses antiques moderately . He creates comfortable living spaces using color and texture, and he has a sharp eye for art. I particualy love this East Hampton beach cottage because of  the use of period pieces from Early American to present day that make this cottage flow together effortlessly.

These are gorgeous rooms!! I love the beams on the ceilings and all the plank walls.. sigh...What a perfect, relaxed seaside style.
