Sweet Basil Cheesecake

Ok, so this isn't the most heart healthy recipe but...... OMG it is delectable! At a girls night out dinner last month, one of my friend's brought this to share. It is an hor dourve that is served with crackers and fruit. It is to die for! I am a cheesecake fanatic; it is definitely one of my favorite things, but Basil cheesecake? Who knew! This recipe requires a spring form pan just as most cheesecakes do, but this one is ever so tiny.4.5 inches. I am sure you can buy these online. My friend was kind enough to pick up one for me in Atlanta.
This delicous and savory hor dourve would be perfect if you are having an Oscar party this weekend.with some great vino!
It's soo little. 4.5 inches

I had to have a cheese dome. 2.50 thrift store find.
